Dennis and his crew stained our cedar siding and bricks, and spray painted the soffit, facia and gutters. He was very knowledgeable about paint types and stains, especially for dealing with bricks.. He and his crew was easy to work with., very punctual and careful with our landscaping. They cleaned up after each day's work and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a painting contractor.

Attention to detail, did not leave a trace when they were finished. They werenât the cheapest (or the most expensive) but the repairs they quoted were in line with what the home inspector told me when I bought the house, everyone else wanted to cut corners to save money which isnât always a good thing. 4 years later, still looking good.

We have an older home (100+ y/o) with cedar siding which has numerous layers of old paint with many places where it had peeled back to the original siding. We also had some sections where the siding was rotted and needed to be replaced. After meeting with several contractors we chose Dennis at Spectrum Improvements because he sounded the most confident and experienced in knowing how to best handle our situation and provide a quality and lasting job. We were away when the majority of the work was being done but he kept us updated daily with progress and stayed in close communication with us. Dennis walked me through the initial estimate of cedar siding repairs, shutters replacement, gutter downspouts replacement, exterior siding staining and garage door painting. The estimate was not cheap, but reasonable considering all the work that needed to be done.
